Shamey, I read that as "on the House" and I immediately thought, "Like Snoopy?" Took me a moment. Never watched either show.

Deet, I too have the hots for my cousin. He's sandy-haired, blue-eyed, and HOT!!! I've been crushing on him for several years now. For those of you who don't know, he's my adopted cousin, so it's not as freaky as it sounds. It's more of a Marcia/Greg Brady situation. If they had been cousins. And both male.

It is too warm here. This is our last open Saturday for a couple of months as football season starts next week. We are booked every weekend until November!

I should not be allowed to go to Grand Opening sales. Too many BOGO's! And 4 packs of GE light bulbs for $.88. I don't need light bulbs. That didn't stop me from picking up a few packs.

But I did pick up some things I did actually need.

Grad party in a couple hours.

Off to take the new kitty back for a second set of shots in a bit. He has made himself quite at home, which is good.

He is such a sweet, happy go lucky little guy.

I am taking name suggestions from everyone but Miss P, because I already know what she thinks...

Quilty is fine, but Lolita has lost a bit of weight. The vet said it's "normal" for a cat of her age. She has some bone deterioration, too, which, again is not uncommon in cats 17 years old.

She's doing some blood and urine work to make sure though. I'm worried.
