I didn't know you had kids! One of my brothers starts high school next week, too.
Cute, Miss P.
Aw, poor brd. Will she be going to the same school as most of her friends?

We've had quite a lesson on the dangers of kickball. Poor boy.

A few of her friends and we are friends with their parents. It is a privilege for her to attend this school and I hope that she gets that!

I could have told him that sports will lead to no good. I never risk it.
You didn't know Brdy had kids? That's all he complains about! (Oh, and his wife.) (And work.) (And the 'burbs.) (And...and...!)
BTW, Brdy, you'll be happy to hear that I am NOT staying in Schaumburg or any suburb next week after all!
That must have been some fall.
Okay, g'night, my peeps. Catch ya on the flip side!
Night, Shamey.
Poor, Brd. That baby wasn't a baby for long, huh?

I guess, now that I think on it, that I knew. But I think I thought they were younger than that. Sorry! How many?
I lost track of the C's ages.
Night, Shamey.
Now I get to go tie up newspapers that I never get around to read. I'm having way too much fun tonight.

I have two brothers that match ages there, brd.
OK, going to bed. Night.
Oh, Brdy. You know how it is in a "family"! Here on the Adult thread that's what we are, so think of me as your chop-busting sister!!! Love ya!!!
Brd, before you know it, she'll be graduating college. I'm two years late and my mother is still in shock that I'm done in December.
Just came back from "Tale of Two Cities". Not overly impressed with music/lyrics, though I did like the book, and the performances and production overall was excellent. And I have a crush on James Barbour and Aaron Lazar. Still.

I will not see it until it is on tour! Are you really finished in December? That makes be feel even older. Where were you before your buckle down at NYU?
I was...well, at NYU and a couple million couches in NYC, or so it felt. I was at an awkward place in life, to put it mildly.

I could be crazy, but do I recall a stint at a school involving your religion?
Yes, you do. I had switched colleges for a whopping 3 months, but chose to leave because although it was all the same Jewish religion, it just wasn't the right place for me.

Will you go to graduation?
There is no formal anything for December graduates, I just stop going and will eventually receive a diploma. However, since I plan to be in NYC in May 2009, I will walk with my classmates.
It won't be long.
Aw, so cute!

GH, do you have that doctorate yet?
My thesis supervisor is on sabbatical. So, I'm on 'sabbatical', too.
