I've got you all beat - I got up at 6:45 on my last day off. How nuts is that? It's going to be 90 here today, so I weeded the garden early. Now I'm ready for a nap.

Spent the past 2 days in Annapolis, on the waterfront. Water is incredibly relaxing, even just gazing at it. Today is a transition-back-to-reality day. Sigh. Laundry room, here I come.

Just flipped on the light in the laundry room and BOTH florescent bulbs are out. I think it's a sign from above - forgo laundry today. I hear they sell these light bulbs at stores, but why risk it?

Funny...I was just putting in a load of laundry myself.
On my 3rd cup of coffee...should get me through this day.

OK - first day in shorts. My legs could not be any whiter (I blame that on my race). I'm contemplating picking up a bottle of that spray tanning stuff when I go get the light bilbs today. Anyone ever use this stuff? Any recommendations?

I think today I'm gonna try and tackle cleaning up my front porch area. I may have to go out today and meet an old HS friend who is in from CA. Don't really want to though..just want to relax.

I've resisted turning my AC on all weekend, but I'm biting the bullet tonight and putting it on upstairs. I'll never get to sleep otherwise.
