Morning SOMMSY & Girly. Yes I was lurking for a short time...enough to see Rath & Shamey's little tiff about Moonie. I stayed out of it....saw you couldn't side track Rath either. Plus I was too busy trying to get through to keep my Kat on Idol. I felt the judges were so unfair again to her last night. It's like they really want a guy to win it this year. She did "Can't help fallin' in Love" in her style....then they say they wish she would've done it they way it was done. Make up your mind judges...make it your own or do it like the original? IDIOTS !!!

A couple radio stations this morning didn't like her at all last night and the one guy is a real fan of hers.

There are certain songs out there that I'm a real stickler on how they're sung by other people. Chris doing What A Wonderful World a couple weeks ago was one. Last night Suspicious Minds and Can't Help Falling In Love were two others. I did not like her take on it. At all.

I totally agree with ya Boobs. I honestly felt that she was the only one who made the songs her own. Half of others DID sound like bad karaoke, to quote Simon. They had no reason to critique her like they did except that they want a guy to win. Elliot sucked and has got to go--and those idiots liked him. He annoys me to no end. Bleh!

The washington Post has a funny reveiw of Idol today (Title: "We Watch So You Don't Have To"). They said the only thing missing watch live coverage of Elvis spinning in his grave.

SOMMSY, I totally agree with you. Elliott just doesn't do it for me. I always feel like he is losing his breathe..and he's not so easy on the eyes. Girly...there are some songs that should only be done like the original ( one that comes to mind is Patsy Cline's "Crazy"), but they worked with Tommy Matola and he guided them..why didn't he tell her to do it just like Elvis' version?
