Can a bad case of allergies CAN turn into bronchitis? The same way allergies can lead to sinus infections lead to strep?

Girly, it depends on what you may have become allergic too. My allergies never kick in until May or so, because the tree pollen that hates me, doesn't flower and disperse until then.

Swell! Lazy workday - it shouldn't be, but what'cha gonna do, right - followed by a campy show tonight, hopefully some fun out afterwards, and softball events all weekend. Tomorrow is the Ms. Gay Softball Pageant... a tongue-in-cheek pageant for the teams. Very campy, funny. The prettier the 'girl' the more points 'she' loses.

It sounds like you have some fun plans, DD! Work is going fine, but should be winding down before too long. My weekend will centered around a bunch of family oriented activities. My Grandmother (who is 89) flew up from Florida for Mother's Day weekend. She gets around pretty well - we are very lucky to have her here.

Well, not sure if I should post this - I am sure it will come back and bite me in the tushy some day, but last night I had this amazing dream where I was making out with the cuteset blonde with brilliant blue eyes. Nothing more - just great kissing. Well - on the way home from work I was on the subway and two stops after I got on, this beautiful man with blonde hair and the bluest eyes I have ever seen - got on, and stood directly in front of me! How bizarre is THAT?! I then blushed to no end, and all I can say is thank god I was tired after a difficult week and on my way to the market or that subway car might have got quite a show! (not really, I am not that bold) But it should make for a great dream tonight!

What exactly does cat sitting entail? I figure you just put out food and water and change the litter box a couple times a day. Do you stay there for that or just go over in the morning and evening?

Why don't you go soak in a nice hot tub of water for a bit? That should help the pain.

I stay. I really don't need to be here for the cat, but of course she prefers the company to no one at all, and of course I prefer being in the city alone for the weekend to being in Yonkers with roommates. :)

I hate baths. Advil is doing nothing to help. I'm old.

Hello everybody. I'm just stopping by to say hi and to pass on greetings from Miss Pennywise. She is working like a slave on this whole fundraising business. She says one more week and they'll know if they survive or not. In the meantime, they're pulling together lots of theatre things and other stuff for auctioning on eBay. I went out to her office yesterday and helped her get a couple of things set up but they've got a ton of stuff to do yet. I told her that you all sent her your greetings and she passed on hugs and kisses for everyone here. She promises to be back on just as soon as she's able.
