Mornin' all!

So what'd I miss?
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be enbered with your old nonsense. ~ Emerson

Hey Girly!

I think I missed some drama. Story of my life.

You missed girly driving into NYC on her very own yesterday! We are so proud! I guess it was a good thing that you and Boobs got smashed the one day which forced her to take the plunge into NYC driving!

I'm assuming the BWW election thread got much better after Saturday morning.

I watched the game from my local sports bar and it was a VERY pro New York crowd, so it was a lot of fun.

Hey Girly! Shamey! Tink!

Girly, how was XANADU yesterday?
Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

girly - I didn't know you saw Xanadu before the benefit last night.

Shameys - sounds like fun. I wish I had seen the game, but I was in theater land. But I am all prepared for this Sunday!!!

Maybe I'm wrong - I thought Girly had tickets for yesterday. But I'm often confused whenever Cheyenne is involved.

Hey, Mr. D2! No Xanadu yesterday. Went to the Alive In This World Benefit concert that Adam and Daniel performed in.

G'morning all. That diet's sounding good, Somms!

I had a lovely NY weekend and I'm now ensconced back at my desk.

(Well - at least my cat's glad I'm home.)

Concert was good. Different than I was expecting but cool. Zipper is just a cool place. Got to people watch in the hallway beforehand and saw a few cool peoples. Material has potential but was just awkward as a totally sung through performance.

I saw Homecoming before that, and that was good too. Really f'd up but good. Met most of the actors outside the theater after, took pics, and all that good stuff. Pretty eventful day.

The concert itself was pretty good. I definitely would've preferred some dialog thrown in. I think they need it if they want the show to go anywhere.

Hi Mamie. Did you see any shows?

Hi Girly.

I saw "Young Frankenstein" on Saturday afternoon and then saw the New York City Ballet doing "Jewels" on Saturday night. I loved them both! I had breakfast with Addy yesterday morning and told her I felt like I had gone from the ridiculous to the sublime - and both were wonderful! (I did try to see "Is He Dead" on Friday night but I still was feeling pretty rocky that night so I'll have to try it again sometime.)
