Yes, Girly, you did. My bad.

I think Platinum Man's handler was blocking Tink's reach. Then a little bit later, Bebe Neuwirth's handlers tried to run us down.

Hi Girly! Just a couple more days to see Danny Boy, right??
Hi Shamey! Wassup with your bad self??!
Mooney - My best friend is a LSU Tiger and was a varsity cheerleader while in school there. Of course, I am a Clemson Tiger myself, but find all of the Tigers kindred spirits! :)

Posted: 1/7/08 at 5:00pmJungle - I'm the only member of my immediate family not a "Yellow Shoe" alum. All my siblings went there - my sister played flute in the Golden Band. Dad got both his M.S. degrees there and we lived in graduate family housing on campus for two years. Great fun for a 13/14 year old girl! At Dad's funeral, most of the flowers were purple and yellow. Everyone knew he lived for the Tigers.

Posted: 1/7/08 at 5:08pmOur universities are different. We really concentrate on academics. I don't think we even have nicknames for our school teams. I may be wrong, there. But, it's more a case of go to university, get a degree, move on. In some ways that is great; in some ways, I'm sure we are missing out.

Mooney - I know that your Dad will be looking down and rooting for his Tigers tonight! Baton Rouge must have been a fun place for you to grow up - and wicked, wicked New Orleans only an hour away! You were never tempted by the evilness of Bourbon Street were you? Maybe just one small sip of a Hurricane at Pat O.'s?? Laissez Les Bon Temps Roulles!
