haha, doens't take much. Actually I just jumped up from the couch with arms in the air when they intercepted in OT, and i guess my back wasn't ready for it.
I could lift a freaking boulder and come out ok, but two weeks later breathe wrong and I'm crippled for days. There is no science to is unfortunately, lol.
