Yes, I was just distracted about a new phone I got. I thought it had a slider on it, and it does not, so now I have to return it.

But, a fun time was had this afternoon by all. D2 and his partner are delightful, and DG was in his normal spirits, and DD's partner is a doll.

I guess I don't want to go back to work tomorrow, so woe is me!

I had not been to Downtown Disney in a couple of years. It really is a fun spot.

I slept for about two hours this evening. I wish I could take a nap every day. I think I was a cat in a former life.

I may have to plan a long weekend out your way in February...in addition to the Spring Break vacation Little Sir is heavily lobbying for! (Tonight he came into my room and said, "Mommy, how far away is April?")

He also told me today that his "lifelong dream" came true. I asked, "What was your lifelong dream?" And he said, "Going to Disneyland."

Well, that would be lovely - I would love it if you make it a habit to come this way!

I have to someday meet Shira's other FGFs. I have now met 3 of the 5!

I have about 6 hours of meetings scheduled for tomorrow. I am not really looking forward to it.

I am glad Little Sir's dream came true, even if I could not show him the "pool room."

You're suffering from PPD: Post-Party Depression. I am prone to it myself.

Have some watermelon. That'll "perk" you up.

Unfortunately, it's WAY less expensive when I come out there by myself, so it'll probably be mostly solo trips until April. But I'll do my best to bring the good cheer of the entire Pennywise-Caldwell clan!

ETA: Miss P, I did have a bit of watermelon, but it was not quite as sweet as that I shared with you and yours - that was one heck of an amazing watermelon!

We're back in our hotel, after a fantastic day at Disney. And of course the highlight was officially meeting "old friends." Shira, you are indeed lucky!
