I just spent the last two hours in the Verizon store. Damned Crapberry. I've never been happy with it, and the last few weeks it's been hell. Turns out they had to replace the phone completely. The new one is charging, we'll see how it works.

Silly Shira, we were boating, not bloating. 
And, tubing and kayaking and eating and drinking way too much.
