Oh my....it's feeling a bit nakedy in here without a proper title.
'Morning, gentlemen!
Well, consider the first three posters this morning, Moony.
It's nice being naked in the morning.
I tried my 'magic' but it wouldn't work. Oh, Girly.

Nakedy is a little chilly this morning.
SOMMS - late last night I struck paydirt on Ancestry.com. Philomena/Philamene/Philome Briant/Brine/Brien turned out to be "Philamen Brun", although the last names is recorded throughout the years as Brun, Bruns, Braine, Brin and Brunt. As soon as I found her real family and added them to the tree, all sorts of "hints" popped up and I'm now into the early 1700s with the Brun family. Still can't find the elusive Landry's.
Too funny, I was on Ancestry for about five hours last night and hit paydirt with my Hue side. It is spooky how my mother and fathers families lived in the same towns in Massachuesetts and New Brunswick/Nova Scotia at the same time.
I don't have any Brun's on my mothers side, but I'm stinking with LaBlanc's. I'm going to be Matt's cousin if it kills me.

By the way, the town of Botsford, or Botsford Portage (in Nova Scotia) keeps popping up. My mom says she thinks she may have spend summers there as a child. It's in the same area as Shediac and Moncton.
Edit: it was Philamene's father's mother who was Marie Lablanc. Born in 1800 in Memramcook, New Brunswick and died in Minoudie, Nova Scotia in 1877.

Hmmm ... and just 40 miles from Memramcook! The next town over from Botsford Portage ... are you ready ... LeBlanc!

I JUST FOUND CALIXTE!!!!!!!!!!!!
He's in the Canadian 1891 census!
Weird, but none of them appear any where on my family tree.

Our family called your family to order carryput pizza. The Boobs family pizza is the best!
There's a lot of those damn Calixte Landry's! The name is like Bob Smith, here. My Calixte seems to have vanished from Memramcook after his wife Bibianne dies in 1881.
1891 is the year that my great grandmother Landry left Halifax for Boston.

Mine came to Boston in 1884. You're a newbie!
Boobs, find some Chiappini's, Stasio's, Pellegrino's (off the boat from Sicily) or Mantia's and I can call you "cuz" too!
Moony, I knew there had to be a connection...even if it was only by phone.
Moony, sweetie, baby, Marquerite LeBlanc was born in Stoughton, Mass to Charles and Marie in 1759 during the Great Expulsion. Neener. But, she goes back to Memramcook and gives birth to Pelagie Landry my ggggrandmother
Fixed. And Somms was so sure he had it all figured out the last time. HA!
I need to get to Bed, Bath and Beyond this weekend. Maybe tonight or tomorrow. We'll see. Got an invite for a bridal shower...yuck. Don't want to wait til the last minute.
I've a feeling when I get into my ancestry, I won't be finding any of you, except maybe a stray relative of Boob's.

Tinfoil...The Terrorizing Terminator
I hear my Aunt Boobalicious was loose.
My magic powers worked the last two days, Girly. Phhttttt.
If I went into Ancestry.com I'd probably find out I'm related to Boobs.
And Linnie.
Is the BWW Family tree registered on Ancestry.com?
*shudders at the thought*
I'm going to have to carve out some time to spend on that site. Fascinating.

Prepare to spend 3 to 4 hours at a time. It gets rather addicting. Fascinating, but addicting.
Work dinner tonight? Anywhere fun?
Boobs and Deet, a co-worker needs a restaurant for dinner tomorrow at 6:00 after matinee, so theater district. Italian preferred, but not necessary. Ideas? I recommended Bond45 but Open Table is down right now.

He can dine at Chez Bluemoon. Today's special is gluten-free linguine with eggplant "meatballs" in marinara. Weight Watchers ice cream bars for dessert.
