Happy Saturday everyone! I've rejoined weight watchers so today starts the healthy breakfasts. Carbs are now going to have to be nothing but a sweet memory....

I had to have cortisone injections in my knees yesterday and unfortunately the pain-killing effect hasn't quite started yet. So today I get to hobble over to the Kennedy Center and watch the NYC Ballet perform "A Midsummer Night's Dream". It feels like I'm moving from the ridiculous to the sublime! It'll just prove the truth in Kleban's words, that "everything is beautiful at the ballet".

HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND!

Oh no, I got that...I was just trying to remember when you were coming to NYC. I thought it was May, but I wasn't sure. Is TinMan coming too? Caldwell just adored spending time with him last year, you know.
