Ok, I did not give him a lap dance. It's just that the dance floor was very very small.

See ya, Addy, we'll leave the light on for ya!
The lap dance was from Leslie Kritzer as Patti LuPone during the closing night of "Leslie Kritzer Is Patti LuPone at Les Mouches" at Joe's Pub. (Got that?)
Leslie walked around the audience while she sang the amazing arrangement David Lewis did for Patti of Petula Clark's "Downtown," and when she got to our table, she danced with me and then sat on my lap while wailed at the end of the song.
So that was my lap dance from a diva!
Seriously, everyone--the show might be happening in San Francisco while Leslie is there with Legally Blonde and it may happen again in New York, and it's terrific!
So true, Addy. Yeah, Somms, let us know how that works out for you.
Here are the BWW pictures--although not of my lapdance!

ARGH!!! Actors!!!
At auditions, we asked for conflicts. We gave the dates for rehearsals, and asked for all specific conflicts. SO I make the schedule AROUND everyone's conflicts. This one guy just emails me: Oh, I thought you knew I was in a show for the next two weekends... How would I know that if he didn't put it in his conflict sheet?!!! Of course, I've got to be nice and polite and not lose my cool. With him.
