The penguin (which Shira dubbed Manny, for whatever reason) has had MARCH OF THE PENGUINS on a loop - and doesn't seem to be changing that any time soon.

It felt a bit "flu-ish", but I know part of it was emotional, too. I just ended a 30 friendship with someone I had been close to since college. But it was the only sane thing to do.
