Just watching a re-run of Project Runway.
I would wear each and every dress of Laura's! Such talent!

Off to see The Queen.
Waves to all.
Waves to all.

Glebby..don't forget to 'touch the pearls and wave..touch the pearls and wave'....that's the way a real queen does it.

By the way, Addy, it might just be my computer, but your photo in the Old Hands thread isn't showing up for me.

man, i'm never gonna save enough for a house if my luck continues like this.
between all the medication, doctor, physical therapy and hospital bills, i've not been able to save as much as i hoped to buy a house next year. plus, my paycheck has been significantly cut while i have been on disability for the past month.
and now i just received today's mail and i'm being audited by the IRS and owe almost $800 more for my 2004 taxes.
i wish i had something that i could sell, or could handle working a second job for a few months. but with my current work schedule and current health, i don't think reduced rest for only a slight bump in income that a second job would provide would do the trick.
does anyone want to buy some good painkillers?

Oh, darn, Moony - it's funny. (If I do say so myself...) I'll try to re-do it.
RobbO, I'm so sorry! Talk about when it rains it pours! Is there any way you can dispute the IRS charge?
...painkillers? There's a good market for those!

Moony, right click and hit "view image."
Robb, I'd sell myself on 49th and 9th for you, but I don't fetch what I used to, if you know what I mean.

papa, do you have an alert that sends you an e-mail if the word "painkiller" appears on the board?!?
addy, i thought about disputing the IRS thing but it looks like they might be right if i'm reading all the information correctly. it was a nutty year where i worked as a consultant for a while before going to work with my current company. i wonder if i can get them to waive the interest penalty or talk them down. hey it works for big-time offenders, why not me, right?

If you talk to them about it, I'm sure you can get them to waive the penalty... you have nothing to lose!
Good luck!

Afternoon all. Seems like forever since I popped in here
"All I ask of you is one thing: please don't be cynical. I hate cynicism -- it's my least favorite quality and it doesn't lead anywhere. Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get. But if you work really hard and you're kind, amazing things will happen."

Robb, you'll have to fight Addy for that corner.
