Hi, brd

Colorado was lovely. We decided almost immediately that doing a season there wouldn't be worth it for us, so we just relaxed and enjoyed the trip. Good theatre and gorgeous scenery - it could have been worse!

Hawaii was great, except Kauai is having a big mosquito problem - and we both got eaten alive! Other than that, it was wonderful (although, that does tend to put a damper on things!)

In all the years I lived in Colrado, I had never been to that particular place. I'd been near there, but not investigated at all. It was quite beautiful. I'm afraid, though, that it's the next place to get devoured by the 'people with money' - real estate is going through the roof there. People keep looking for the small mountain community experience, but then drag all their nonsense with them!

Not really. Drove around Oak Park to look at the houses, but never took a tour of any. Mostly, I was just escaping into the night life.

One of my friends lives in Oak Park and I love to visit! Such a wonderful town!
