Those look wonderful, Kansas. I'm almost as bad as moms. I've been up since 5 and I'm feeling a little light headed. (More so than usual, I mean). I think I could use one of those - and maybe a touch of home made jam?

It does have a tendency to run between your fingers when you don't stick a piece of bread under it. (Although you should never let the lack of bread keep you from eating it. It's a fine use for a teaspoon!)

Outstanding, DG! Kauai is a magical place, isn't it?

DG - Do you have the new Indigo Girls CD, yet?? It is called "Despite Our Differences" and it is terrific. My hometown girls will be visiting Southern California in November. They will be at the Wiltern Theatre in LA on Nov. 13th. I hope that you can see them in concert. (I'll be catching one of their Atlanta shows next Friday).
