So here's my little rant, even though it's a good rant. I decided to see the matinee of [Title of Show]since I'll be in the city on Saturday and used the link from this site to check for tickets. Found a decent orchestra seat, $120. Then I remembered getting a Playbill discount notice sometime in the last couple of weeks and got the EXACT SAME SEAT for $66.50.
I'm happy, but I'm pissed that it happens. Rant over.

This is the next island over. The red house there was Margaret Hamilton's (Wicked Witch fame)home. Every morning she would row over to the mainland to pick up her mail and newspaper. Her family still owns the house.

I met Margaret Hamilton once - she also had an apartment on Grammercy Park and I met her on 3rd Avenue while shopping one afternoon - she was very friendly, very gracious, and very talkative. VERY talkative.
