Before we drop the Paul Newman metaphor, I would like to throw "Harper" into the mix.
You could always follow the Newman race-car driving theme: He is half-owner of a Champ-car.
So, the name CHAMP...
I liked Annie Hall, but as one of the best movies, like, EVER? I don't know.

I love the Olympics! I have not seen Annie Hall in years.
I was just telling CBC today that, for me, being with his family in Michigan is just like that scene in Annie Hall at the dinner table when her parents are talking about really mundane things like swap meets even though they're well-educated, intelligent and worldly. (No anti-semites like in the movie though.)

I would guess that only only of my siblings has every seen Annie Hall!
I finally got that "Woody Allen is a Hasid" reference.
Brdlwyr, I just posted something nice about you in the Olympics thread.
I have to stay out of the Olympics thread being that we are 3 hours behind. It's a challenge not going to msnbc and stuff right now.

Not to seem dull and boring, but I would probably just call him 'Newman'.

Good morning cuz. Finally settled into the new digs?
How on earth do I wake up 1/2 hour later than I should've and manage to get myself here at the same time I would've if I'd gotten up on time like I was supposed to?! I must take my sweet old time all those other days. And thank God the 3rd alarm on my cell phone finally penetrated my brain. And why am I here? Not on earth, but at work today? I tired. And what am I going to do with the two Jonas Brothers tickets for Saturday night I won on the radio this morning?
Oh and morning kiddies!

You could become very popular over on the main board, girly.
Girly - Jonas Brothers? Oy. If I wasn't going to be in Los Angeles, I would TOTALLY take them.
Morning all.

Good morning from Migraine City!
Shira, you'd have to schlep out to Jersey to the Arts Center in Holmdel.
Checked with my cousin to see if the girls can go or would even want to. Their father has them this weekend, and he might not feel like driving them to the concert, waiting or going back for them. She would do it, if she had them, but...

And the older one is having the first two of six hours of driving lessons right now. *sniff*

What's with all the migraines recently? Two people here in my office are suffering from them today as well.
Hope you get over it soon, Miss P.
So the dad said yes and the 16 year old is beside herself with excitement. I think I'm her new hero. The 15 year old's phone is off, so she doesn't know about it yet. Since it was just her birthday this past Sunday, I wonder if I can get away with that being her present.

My sister would KILL to see the JoBros. Ugh.
How is everyone? I feel so out of the loop. I'm either working, with the boy, or doing school stuff. I got my dorm assignment. I got into Hawk Hall, which needs an essay to get in. I'm on the Honors floor. So busy!
Umm, Deet, what's the common denominator amongst the migraine sufferers?
