It's just that the oil business got entangled, and people made too much money, so . . . well, you know.

Oy vey, what an afternoon. I had to "remove" one of my interns from a project. It just wasn't getting done to anyone's liking, including my own. Very. Tense. Now.

My other two interns are brilliant and do excellent work, but this one just seems to be from another planet. Oh well - his tenure is up next week anyway, so I decided to pull him off one of his projects and just let him finish the one that he's doing relatively well.
