Y, that is so long for a conference call!

D2 and Addy, I wish that my staff would have that attitude. Sometimes I cannot believe the lack of motivation.

I am having cocktails with one of my partners. Our schedules rarely allow for that on a Friday. Mrs. Brd. is going out with a group of ladies to a movie.

Bitterness and bile? Sounds like my last date.

The mood of my staff is generally good. We did give small raises at the end of 2008. We will see what happens in 2009. I know that I would have a shake up of the share holders, as in one particular partner would be OUT THE DOOR!

Today was the first check that shows our pay-reductions. It was more than I had anticipated. On the bright side - I've got a job I enjoy with great people that are doing the best to take care of the staff.

CotH will determine what we do with our budget at the theatre. Thankfully our overhead is low so we can keep our prices low. Even in hard times, people still need to be entertained!

Hello Chicago!

It's chilly here today, but we really can't complain compared to the rest of the country. We haven't seen any white stuff yet this winter, but the weatherguessers say that Monday night could bring some flurries. I'll be holding my breath.

I'm off to see 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button' tonight in my effort to see the Oscar best picture nominees. I loved "Slumdog Millionaire" and "Milk".
