Ah, sleep. Tonight I'm determined to get to bed earlier than I have been. Getting up in the morning has been brutal.
And I just remembered a nightmare from last night. I got up in the middle of the night and walked out the bedroom door. Someone was crouching down, against the wall next to the door, and when I walked out they grabbed me.
I woke up right then with my heart pounding.

hmm, i have heard from a lot of people today that they had nightmares last night...weird.
I didn't have any, that I know of. I don't usually get them. But I do have reoccuring dreams that are so realistic it freaks the crap outta me.

girly, I keep promising myself I will get to bed earlier. I haven't been able to make it happen... maybe tonight!
Heart-pounding nightmares are awful. I haven't had one of those in a while, but, I've had a bunch of strange and vivid dreams lately. Last night I had a dream that my niece was taking lessons in how to wrestle a shark. I was terrified for her...
Recurring dreams are interesting - mine are always stress related.
Dream interpretation is kind of cool. Not sure I really believe it all (kind of like horoscopes), but it's interesting.

Yeah, I had a weird dream myself last night - I had to go back to work at Grey Advertising, but they had re-located to Long Island and I had to move out there for the job. Sort of a nightmare, but not quite.
Not as much of a nightmare as SOMMS' horrible news.

I miss old whats-his-name already.
For years I had a recurring nightmare about planes falling out of the sky and crashing in front of me. All I could do was stand there and watch the fire and debris explode. It was awful. Then I realized that I always had that dream whenever a huge transition in my life was happening and I was powerless to stop it. The minute I realized what the dream meant....I never had it again. I just started drinking more.

Posted: 2/4/09 at 12:54pmI rarely remember my dreams, which is a bummer, but then again, maybe it's a good thing.

Posted: 2/4/09 at 12:57pmI keep having this dream about the day i found out Chris died, but each time I have it and get the call, I am somewhere different and react differently. Very odd. I've psychoanalyzed the different meanings there could be, and some may make sense, but, ehhhh, i think it is just the lack of alcohol i've been having.

I have a recurring dream about my mother - the situations are usually different, but the gist is always the same: she's there in the action of the dream, and at some point I always say "What are you doing here? You're supposed to be dead!"

I don't recall having any recurring dreams. I did use to have continuing dreams. They were usually fun!!
Years ago someone gave me a dream book, and I used to try to figure out their meaning, but gave up on that.
Sweet DQ!! *huggles*

My recurring dream is usually going on a trip or getting on a plane, and something happens that prevents me from getting on the plane or the plane taking off. Often I'm on the plane and the plane is taxing around the city and not taking off.
I used to dream with my maternal grandmother a lot, haven't in a few years.

My recurring dream has to do with a final exam I'm supposed to be taking, but, I don't remember ever having gone to the class. And I have no idea where the classroom is. And when I run to try to get there my feet move but I don't go anywhere.
Stress, stress, stress...

I've had that one too, Addy. It always takes place in my old high school, but I can never remember the room locations.
On another note, A group of us *ahem* middle-aged ladies have started a workout group here after school. We kick the girls our of the fitness center (they make fun of us) and work with the school's trainer. Intense, but I might just sleep better tonight!

I was going to the gym regularly at the end of last year, but haven't been able to get it back into my routine yet this year. And it's February!
Having the opportunity to work with a trainer right there at work is ideal!
Take a warm bath tonight and drink lots of water!

Epsom salt baths are the best after a workout. I'm so glad I'll be able to take them again starting in March - I don't have a bathtub in my house but jS does.
Oh ... did I mention that we're taking the plunge?

I've been sporting one since Sunday. I'm bummed about losing my place and leaving my landlords - they are such wonderful people. But it's time.
