Just to let everyone know, his mom finally passed later this morning. All things being equal, it was a peaceful enough passing - although, still emotionally draining.

We are back home now, and I've finally gotten him to lay down for some much needed rest.

Which means it's about time for a scotch.

It might not be the only one I have this evening.
