Happy Humping Day. Mrs. Brd had a minor car accident - no damage or injuries, but it put her in a foul mood. She does have her first audition today in MONTHS.

Apparently, before my aunt died she had her sign papers that left EVERYTHING to her, cutting out her brother and sister entirely. There's millions in real estate holdings involved, including an apartment building in Astoria.
This is going to be fun.
