Boobs - Gavin is terrific! I enjoyed watching the BWW interview that Craig did with him in London about a month ago. I bet that he will replace Gavin Lee as Bert at the New Amsterdam down the line...maybe on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday!

dreamer, i found out that somehow virtually stole my credit card information and i am taking steps to avoid full-out identity theft. just part of being an adult, i guess.

Yikes! That sucks, RobbO. I had my credit cards stolen from the gym a few years ago. Thankfully Visa noticed I was charging WAY too much money at Home Depot, which was quite unusual.

i had to yell at the credit card guy on the phone because he kept trying to sell me identity theft protection services instead of just closing my account and helping me to fix the situation.

i was very patient with him and kept repeating, "just please close my account, i'm not interested in purchasing anything at this point" until i told him bluntly to just close the account and stop trying to sell me stuff!

harris, he was just doing his job the first three times he tried to sell me stuff. after that, he should have offered SERVICE to remedy the situation. why would i purchase more stuff from a company that cannot even handle the most basic request?

maybe if they wowed me with their service, i would purchase i.d. theft products from them. as is, i doubt an extra $29.99 out of my pocket each month would have prevented the fraudulent charge.

I was so irritated, at the end of our 'conversation' she says "Thank you for choosing Bank of America", and I stopped her and clarified that I did not choose BoA, they simply took over the bank I originally had.
