All is fine here in Atlanta. It sounds like you all have some nice weekend plans, Addy and Boobs.
I was treated to a delicious dinner last night at a new restaurant called Repast. I had roasted lamb shank with orange mint gremolata and winter root vegetables - really yummy. My dinner date had an appetizer of bacon wrapped dates stuffed with marcona almonds - very rich - a nice blend of sweet and savory. My gravlax appetizer was good, also. This restaurant is starting to get lots of good press - which it deserves.
A good friend of mine from college is flying to Atlanta today and we will spend some quality time together. Tonight we will see the Canadian jokesters, The Barenaked Ladies in concert and will head to Clemson for the football game on Saturday, and see the Falcons play on Sunday. Tomorrow, I'll have to pop over to Athens to take the Cocker Spaniel for a check-up on his eyes. So all in all, it's pretty busy around here.
