Finally! A minute or two to breathe/post. Can't believe how busy it's been here yesterday and today. People won't leave me alone!

When a company-wide "Mandatory Administrative Training" alert comes out, with a "complete by December 25" date, why do TPTB change the complete date to be a month earlier? So it looks good to their head honchos. Oh so and so's organization was 100% completed a month ahead of time. Please.

Why also, as the deadline draws near, and reports are being generated as to whom still hasn't completed this training, do we need to get on these slacker's backs? WE'RE ALL ADULTS! DO THE DAMN TRAINING!
