a lot of people at work eat that kashi stuff and really like it. I'll have to try it some point. I usually eat either oatmeal or Special K for breakfast ever morning, but I'm being a bad girl and it feels so good!

The Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereals are tasty. I won't eat stuff that I don't at least somewhat enjoy.

My only problem with the time change was that we didn't have an independent clock, so when I saw the time on the computer, I didn't know if it had automatically changed or not! Not that big a deal, though - it's not like we'd be late for church or anything

I hate being deprived of my sleep...I DID have to get up early. I want my hour back !!! At least it was a productive morning...and I got my Sunday morning gravy (yes, gravy..it has meat in it) started.

Where's SOMMS? I need to tell him that I just bought and used a neti pot for the first time - can't take the sinus pressure anymore, and afraid of it turning into an infection.

It's an odd sensation - as if you're drowning! But I like the idea of how it works.

Rath...the neti pot is your friend..you should have learned this along time ago when KMF taught us all about it.

I don't remember that - may have been before my time here. Sinus episodes are very rare for me, so it's never really been an issue in the period of time that I've known about neti pots. But this is nasty and uncomfortable and four days in and I really can't afford it turning into an infection (as if anyone can).

Hello all - Nice to see everyone here on a Sunday! Beautiful day here in Michigan. Went to church then to the grocery and now I am meeting a friend for coffee. Last night we went to see Natalie McMaster (fiddle virtuoso) and her band at a very small town venue nearby. She was great and very entertaining. I think she is in the area for a performance in Detroit today. Everyone have a great day!

My radio that synced to the atomic clock and updates automatically has not updated. I find that very strange. You would think the atomic clock, of all things, would be updated.
