Tink, I punish myself during work out for eating things like McDonalds. If I do it, I have to jog up "The Hill" Which is more like a paved moutian so I try to stay away from fast food.

See, soapy, that's why I just don't work out, no need to worry about things like that! lol. That will soon change though. I meant my stomach regretting it, it is very sensative, and well, doesn't really like anything!
