Aisy,

The pics were great! Have you visited PhantomFans.net? You'll love it. :o)

Tiff--Great Swedish joke! I actually used frozen from Rosina's which does italian, "turkey", etc kinds. Quick and easy--that's the way to be.

Beacon: Sounds good! And I am at home tonight relaxing and watching a movie. I am about to get in my jammies to be even more comfy!

Tiff: I too LOVE IKEA, how can you not?

Aisy: Hi and the garage sale went well actually. I made $65 and my mom made $55 and my neighbor made $120 so overall it went well. Thanks for asking!

Aisy: I LOVE Sushi, I had it last night for dinner and it was SO yummy! Enjoy. I am just staying in and relaxing cause it's rainey and yucky outside and I don't like to drive if I don't have to when it rains, and I was already out all day holiday shopping. :)

Is "Five People you Meet In Heaven" that Jon Voight movie or am I talking crazy?

LA - Did you sell mostly furniture or clothes, knickknacks, etc? I found if you don't sell furniture, it's hard to get many sales. And garage sales bring out the WORST in people. It's appalling.

It's based on Mitch Albom's book, Tiff. I'm Tivoing it. The novel was excellent, just about had me in tears.

One of my friends parents will only buy lilac furniture from IKEA, to the point that it's become an obsession. Her house is comletely lilac from top to bottom, I don't think the mother's all there quite frankly. Ikea you not.

Tiff: We sold everything from clothes to books to DVD's and CD's! A few little pieces of furniture but not too much, mosty nic nacks and clothes. But I thought $65 for just me for 5 hours was not too shabby for a garage sale. Then we took like 5 HUGE garbage bags over to the salvation army and just got rid of it cause we didn't want it around any more! TOO much STUFF!

Have any of you seen "House of Sand and Fog"? I watched it today on cable and cried my eyes out! It was SO depressing, but SO good!

Not to mention that I had to pick up my kittys ashes today too re: Can the adults please smoke? (Pt.2)

la, I've seen that movie! So very sad, I wasn't ready for it. Especially the bit towards the end, with the son - you know what I mean!

And I hope collecting your kit's ashes didn't upset you too much. Updated On: 12/5/04 at 08:20 PM

Ellie3: YES, the part at the end with the son is where I lost it! OMG!

Aisy: About a month ago I had to put my cat down cause he has a heart attack so today I went to pick up his ashes and it was sad. It was closure but sad. And then watching that movie didn't help!

Thank you Aisy, I love hugs! And I actually adopted a new kitten about 2 weeks ago. He is a pain in the ass but cute as can be. It really helped me to heal by getting a new kitten.
