I first heard that phrase when I was on tour. I dont travel well, if you know what I mean and I told Monica that I was miserable. She pointed out the window of the bus at Starbucks and said, Go over there and get the largest cup of colon blow they have, I guarantee you will feel better! That phrase has stuck with me ever since!
