I was lucky enough to have received a gift certificate for one at a day spa, in a Christmas card from a really close friend. I do intend to indulge in that when I can. Poor lamb. Wish I could be there to massage your head. Have you tried alternating heat and cold?

I suffer from sinus headaches alot and they are a bear.
