I might take you up on that. All I wanted to do was bathe, but there's no hot water in the building right now.

Isn't it NYC law that they have to notify you if they're going to do that?? Because it happens a few times a week here randomly.

NBC is looking at a project with Scott Baio, now 40-something (wow.), who moves in with a guy in his 20's. Project is from HBO Independent Prods and Tagline Prods.

Sounds like my building. I think they're trying to make it uncomfortable to drive unsavory people out of the building so they can charge unbelievable prices on rent-stabilized apartments currently going for $250 a month.
