The yolks are a result of the feed. And since thye're all anti-genetic modification with the food, the quality of the eggs and the milk (or cream) is so much better....

Beacon: No the storm is not nearly as bad as it was up north! It has rained all night and this morning, but just lightly the whole time! I guess we got lucky that way.

K - I'd love to join you for breakfast in London.
When I was in Africa we would stop for a picnic breakfast that we would spread out on the 'hood' of the jeep. Breakfast on the Bonnet, it was called.

Well Matt -- I never went just for breakast -- I have done a weekend to London (fly Thursday night, return Sunday afternoon)-- the flight is not as bad as you would think -- sometimes it takes longer to get to LA....
