Boobs - if you saw the way I greeted her, you could tell I was yelling from the gutter! And it turns out she lives in our neck of the woods - and is nice and vibrant, as well - how fabulous is that?
Another LA person...looks like the West coast maybe taking over lately on here. I haven't had the pleasure of running into him/her yet.

She's only posted a couple of times, but LA and I jumped all over it in PMs - which she has invited, by the way.
Hope all is well in your little madhouse.
I thought Fahrenheit 451 was an amazing book, and so reflects our way of life today.
Boobs, may I introduce myself, my name is Amber feel free to PM me (and again that goes for anyone and everyone)
and Glebb, have fun with those dancers :)

I agree, Classic - to a frightening degree did he look into the future!
And Boobs - ya gotta love her icon, dontcha?
I was part of a book club once that read that book and you wouldn't believe all of the symbolism and other things these people picked up, we couldn't turn a page without some one saying, "If you notice, here he is seeing himself through his wife" and arguments always followed. It was no wonder why I left the next week.

Well, this club is primarily lesbians - so argumentativeness is almost a prerequisite - which is why I joined
Welcome *CV*...I hope you have fun around here..especially on the "adult" thread..we have some very special people that post on here...like DG.
BTW..I LOVE your ICON !!!
Well thanks, Boobs :) This was my favorite thread long before I began posting here so I am excited to be here and hope to be for awhile
*CV* I hope you stay around too....we've seem to have lost some of our favorite people and some I call friends around here lately and it's been very sad...so new friends are always welcome.
I'm very sorry and I hope that I can put a little bit of happiness into the boards for all of you. If you don't mind my asking, I know that Dame has left but who else has?
There are a couple of people who haven't been posting lately, they all have their own reasons, but one of my best friends around here and one who was adored by all is Addy.

Buenos dias,
I just ordered a new Tivo machine. This one comes with a dvd burner and 160 hours of memory. I had a $200.00 amazon gift certificate. I am so excited. Seeing Big River tonight which got a rave in the LA times. How is everyone?

Hi, Iris - I have yet to join the 'Tivo' revolution - but it sounds like fun. We weren't able to use our Big River tickets last Thursday night - but we're REALLY hoping to get to exchange them for day of show seats. We really want to see this production!
Hey all, sorry I'm a bit late but the traffic was murder. This round is on me!
Hello Ms. Chacon...I wish I had seen Big River.
Hey CC..I spoke to your GF awhile ago... she was going to see "Finding Neverland" so I'm sure she'll be on later.
DG...I hear you Pal.
The review in the Daily Bulletin for Big River was very good also. I hope to get my hands on some tickets.

Dgrant,
Just so you know, you can get a simple Tivo machine now for $99.00. And tivo is offering a $100.00 rebate for any machine purchased before January 30th. You do the math.
