I'm sure getting around in all that mess isn't much fun! Even though Robert has school today, the kids won't be there (planning day) - which for a teacher is still like a day off

We start the ASCAP workshop tonight with Mr. Schwartz, which we always look forward to - you just never know what you're going to see. Last year, there were two pieces we really enjoyed - plus, they get people like Jason Graae to come in and perform them.

Hey beacon. You know what I realized last night and I had completely forgotten about? I met your Patrick one night after Oklahoma. Signed my playbill and all. I was looking through some playbills to frame and hang on the wall and came across it. Once I remembered it happening, I remembered how sweet he was. I can't believe I forgot all about it. *ducks from flying objects being thrown by beacon*

please go to the upper righthand corner of your screen and click on the Broadway Pulse by Marc Shaiman about playing for Bette Midler as his final guest on the Tonight Show. I remember that show vividly and to hear it from his standpoint made me cry.

Good morning D! This wasn't the 13 inches that I've been asking for!
Oddly, I love to shovel snow so I had a good time this weekdend. There is a fabulous snow man in my front yard waving to all the passing cars. I finished a novel I'd been reading forever and made a huge pot of homemade chili. Good stuff.

Now THAT'S how to look on the positive side of life! I'm not sure what to think of 'liking to shovel snow' - it's good exercise, I guess. I'd rather stick needles in my eyes.

Did you dress the snowman? Is he anatomically correct?

Snow Joe isn't anatomically correct but he does have a condom for a mouth. I'm waiting for someone to really notice! He's also sporting a rainbow scarf
