PJ - you are classic! I love your new addition.
It's pouring on my side of the street!
Why oh why? I didn't know it was supposed to! I have no umbrella...
I would rather be at Morrell's right now, by the way.
Hopefully the storm there won't be as bad as what swept through here yesterday...
Hopefully it will pass through. In the meantime, I'm safely tucked away in my office. Although I do have to be at 53rd and Lex at 7...
Wow! Just like that--it's over already.
Mother Nature should know better than to mess with Addy.
LOL...it's not Mother Nature I'm worried about. Father Time is the dude I need to deal with...not loving his games these days!!
Hooray for the Adults thread! Did I hear you call, Addy???
Did you, Jungle?? So glad to see you here!
*Hugs*
I am thinking of hiring beacon to stalk and capture Father Time and put him away for a while!
Hugs back 'atcha, Addy - and to everyone!
Enjoyed the Tony Awards last night - I'm so glad that the Piazza crew was recognized in so many areas.
So am I! I have tickets to see it again on Sunday and I can't wait!
I also have tickets to see DRS again tomorrow night... the entrance applause for Norbert should be lots of fun!
oh, and I was THRILLED for Bill Irwin. (I was rooting for him or Billy...)
Will do, Beave! I'll bet we can cut a deal, though... She will be happy to help her fellow 'Adults'!
And, the music from Piazza is divine. I have been listening to it practically non-stop! I was listening to it in the office today, and pretending I was in Florence... Imaginary travel is a wonderful thing!
Beav - I hope you love the Piazza music as much as I do. The music soars - it is so rich, complex, and beautiful. Adam Guettel did a terrific job - and Victoria Clark, Matt Morrison, Kelli O'Hara and the others have glorious voices thatdo the score justice.
Addy - I'm jealous! Have fun at DRS and Piazza! The Bill Irwin win was about the only thing that surprised me a little last night - I thought Mr O'Byrne might have grabbed the Tony, but good for Bill. Loved his acceptance speech- he was very humble and grateful.
Jungle, I loved his acceptance speech. A class act!
Agreed, Addy!
Have a great evening, everyone!
Bye, Jungle! See you soon, I hope!
...I think this time around it was Flowery Friend.
Yep. Flowery Friend was the one who got this thing moving again!
There had been a few attempts, but it seems that it's back for real this time!
and, in a lovely coincidence, it was Flowery Friend who made me interested in the OT board in the first place a year ago when I stumbled upon her Tony Awards prom dress picture... I was captivated!
So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, good night!
I'll be back soon!
Cheerio, but be back soon!
Not ALL the fun, Cookie!
Good to see familiar faces here where they "belong"...
Oh, goody... there's still fun around...
brunettes are a lot of fun too, ya know...
So are red-heads!
