it's been hot, sticky and humid the past coupla days.

it rained cats and dogs yesterday and it's gray and muggy today.

oh everything is great.

it's been a bitch 'cuz not only did i stop smoking (going on 2 months) *but* i've had to curtail my eating patterns and *up* my gym routine so that i wouldn't pack in any xtra pounds....

it put me "on edge" for abit there.

but i think i have a grasp on it....

it's all about discipline....

i'm also tapping a little more into my spiritual side....
