Well there's always civil litigation.
I was pleasantly surprised that Scott P was convicted, but he wasn't a celebrity.
I think he's been so vilified now (MJ I mean) that it's likely he'll be convicted just because there'll be public outcry otherwise.

But to be honest, I wonder if there's a chance that maybe he didn't really molest the boys - Don't get me wrong. I think there was some physical contact, etc. But I think his mental capacity is so...immature...that he may not truly think of it as sexual in nature, if that makes any sense. Kinda like when you were 6 and all, "What are these parts? Let's compare!"

in the past it's always been single allegations with very limited legal involvement and press coverage. this is going to be huge, the DA is going in for the kill on this one and more and more kids are coming out of the woodwork seeing that this is the real thing. he may find a way out of it, but I have no idea how any jury will sympathize with him.
Tiff, it's a nice thought but I think he has a pretty good awareness of the parts and how they work. He's had children so at the very least he knows how that works.
