Ways to annoy people: Arrive at a meeting late, say you're sorry, but you didn't have time for lunch, and you're going to be nibbling during the meeting. Then eat raw potatoes. Ask people what gender they are,or Disagree strongly with everything anybody says:)

You have to get the URL of the picture, and put it in the "Optional Image:" box under the message box when you're typing a response.

I went into "my settings" and right clicked on my picture and copied the image location. Went to "post a response" and pasted it into optional image. I think you can copy and paste from any location...that's just how I did my avatar.
