I was at a party and we were planning on going to a movie afterwards and I was supposed to call my folks before the movie to tell them when to pick me up and I forgot to so when I called my mom after the movie she was so pissed that I ruimed everyone's night that she told me:
How are we supposed to trust you in New York if you don't even have enough responsibilty to call us and let you know where you are?
While I can't say that I blame her, I am selfish enough to think the punishment was too harsh
