My choir is smaller. People come and go from rehearsals and there were about 10-15 people today.
Who's still online now? Looks like I missed a lot.
unfortunately for you Tiff, I'm still here..
Oh. Damn. Pretend I'm not here. Pretend I'm not here.
but you love me!!! dont try to deny it
<-- in denial
You and I both know the truth so I guess that's all that's important..
in answer to your question about where.. go back and few pages and you will see the snarkiness..

I have NO idea. It wants me to install it.
DONT DO IT!!! I dont know what it is but it doesnt sound good

People have ignored my thread and etheb said she'd look into it- has ANYONE else gotten this? I PMed Rob and Craig but got no response.
I haven't.. sorry..
wish I could be more help..
Rob's sick, I think, but surely Craig will help you out when he logs in. I know some computer nerds. I'll see what I can find out.
*Exactly* what do you need to know (in a relatively concise statment)?

What kind of program is ActiveX, what does it do to my computer, why do I need it and why am I the only one who is getting these messages?
Rob said it's not necessary but I'm not so sure. Why would I get it over and over if I didn't have to have it and why just me?
Alright, I have to do some packing, but I'll see what I can do. Being the top 20 of your graduating class *does* have some perks... your friends are all geeks (and now engineering students) too. They've got to know this.

Ok, I clicked, I installed in all of two seconds... *looks around* The computer is still in one piece. And this site is suddenly going REALLY fast.
ETA- nevermind, I got the message again. I clicked to install... huh?

Sometimes, when you install programs, they don't go into affect until you've re-started your computer. Try re-booting.
OBOG, perhaps you should check out the new "How to tell your parents you're..." thread and PM bernadette88. You know all of us heteroladies are more than happy to listen, but bernadette is your age and likely able to relate more. (Granted, he said himself that his parents will likely take the news well, and his problem is he doesn't see WHY he should have to tell them, where as your parents WON'T take it well but you see why they'll eventually have to know.)

Remember Jasper? Well he told his parents a little while back, and they did not take it well AT ALL. And now he's so depressed, and it makes me sad.

I'm sorry for him, Ellie. Is it dangerously bad?
ActiveX STILL pops up and asks to be installed and I still click to do it but it comes back. ACK.

Well all I know his parents reacted in the worst way possible...he went all the way back to Oklahoma to tell them, and they basically told him he wasn't welcome in his own home anymore. I'm not sure exactly even where he is now, because he's just taken off.

Oh wow.
That's scary- are you sure he's ok?
Broadway Legend Joined: 9/20/04
Well, I don't know him well enough to really keep track of him, but I hear he's doing OK.
