I dont know.. it has been a struggly all my life to get me to eat.. home or out.. either really..most likely home, because out would require me to leave now home gives me another 20 minutes before I have to leave.. but I doubt there is anything here to eat

I love fruit, but alas we have none.. I'm the only one that eats it and well since its not nice to my low carb life style we dont buy them any more.. As for a salad, I am soo tired of salad..

Posted: 1/19/05 at 8:43pmIs the diet working for you? I was able to drop 25 lbs in 2-3 months by doing Atkins, but I was then able to eat whatever I wanted for a month before I gained anything back. I say splurge once a week and you're okay.

Well, that's the problem though. If you don't eat several times per day, then anything you DO eat will be converted into fat because you don't have enough energy to function anyway. I know you don't like eating, but force yourself. At the very least, buy those nasty food replacement bars/drinks to make up for the lack of nutrients. It really does help more than eating 1 meal a day, be it with carbs or not.
Oh, Ellie. I'm a yuppie fad whore. I always figured Atkins and smoking were better for me than anorexia and bulemia (my diets of choice in high school up to early last year) - the thing I like about Atkins is that you can eat as much non-carby food as you want. Which is great because I'm not one for small portions. And Jaydon's an asshole. OH! Did I tell you that Jaydon, Mr. "I Tend To Go For White Women" IS NOW DATING A FILIPINO CHICK??
