For a grandmother, I know I can be really naive about certain matters, but, if the guy in the pictures is either a gay man or a transgendered woman who is transitioning, I wonder why the individual has a tattoo of a woman. That doesn't seem to fit. As I said, however, I'm somewhat naive, to say the least.

Could be a tattoo of a sibling or good friend who has passed away. I have known some gay men to have tattoos of their mothers face or their name.
