I was wondering if anyone else watches this and enjoys it? I just got to watch the first part of season 1(I don't have HBO so can't watch it) and have loved it.

I loved it when I started watching it. I thought it was funny that they had the dancing dwarf from Twin Peaks on there. I guess that's kind of why I like Carnivale because it's sort of weird and strange like Twin Peaks. Good stuff.

Yeah. I tend to like weird dark shows. I also enjoy Six Feet Under. I remember SFU came out when I was 12 or 13 and my dad told me I couldn't watch it and of course when a kid is told not to watch something they immediately want to watch it, but I waited a couple of years.

I was in a B&N the other day and I looked at the price of Carnivale for the whole series and I sadly had to put it back on the shelf because it was so expensive. re: Carnivale Oh well sooner or later will have it and not have to rent it.

I love this show. It continues to fascinate me every week. My favorite character is Lila the bearded lady.

Another fan right here. Some friends of mine in the US had warned me that they thought it was terrible so I expected it to be dull, but I was hooked from the opening scene of Season One. Can't wait for the second season.

Nothing precious, plain to see, don't make a fuss over me. Not loud, not soft, but somewhere inbetween. Say sorry, just let it be the word you mean.

My friends and I actually have weekly dinners and watch this show. I can't believe how much was explained in the first episode of season 2 that we still weren't 100% sure of from season 1.

I loved the blind guy on a show too. Him and the bearded lady were great together...

Yay other fans! I like Sampson a lot. I haven't gotten to see all of season one yet, but all of what I have seen I have just loved. I had to read the synopsis for the first couple of episodes of season 2 at school and let's just say a friend of mine scared me when she came up behind me while I was reading the synopsis for season 2. Not that it's scary or anything just that I wasn't expecting to have someone come up behind me so yeah. Stupid story really.

My mom has gotten hooked along with me and my dad just doesn't get it. Lol. Still love the show.

Well I think there is a lot not to get with that show. Like there is so much going on, and they leave a lot for you to try to decide on your own. So they pretty much don't always spell everything out for you, which I love.

YAY my friends come over for dinner and Carnivale tonight.

It's my current favorite, a true heir to Twin Peaks!

It's building in a such a wonderful way.

I know. A girl in my drama class says she hates the show because it's deep and it makes you think. Oh well. Each person to their own I guess.
