Normally I don't like to speed through books. I always look for longer ones that take up some time and get upset as I near the end. Hmm.. though a while back I started reading a copy of "The Kite Runner," and I was so riveted, I couldn't put it down.

One Hundred Years of Solitutde, oddly enough. Most of the people I've talked to found that book dreadfully boring, but I couldn't put it down.

I also stayed up pretty late the first time that I read Holes.
