WOR Radio is sponsoring a day called "Celebrate America" at Hofstra University (Hempstead, Long Island) on Sunday. The casts of JERSEY BOYS, SWEENEY TODD, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, AVENUE Q, THE COLOR PURPLE, THE DROWSEY CHAPERONE, ALTAR BOYZ and a host of other shows will perform. The proceeds go to EQUITY FIGHTS AIDS. Additionally, Tyler Florence of the Food Network will participate.
