I like camembert, brie, asiago, fontina and feta. Also, a good mozzarella, but only the fresh type in a salad with very ripe tomatoes, basil, olive oil and pepper.

Some times for dinner, I like some cheese , fruit and crackers. Pears work well as do grapes.
Heat the brie in the nuker, get some french bread & wine & ooh la la
Not.
Other than Romano cheese on pasta, I'm not a big fan of the stuff.

Stilton with a piece of dried dates with walnuts and a glass of claret. mmmmm
here's a great treat one can find in any supermarket:
cream cheese & guava jelly on a Ritz cracker.
You'll find yourself eating lots more than one.

Jose - we pour a Trader Joes Chipolte sweet sauce over a block of cream cheese - very low class, but tasty!

One cheese I could never take to, that awful cheese called (I think)American Cheddar. What makes cheese that colour(orange)? I remember years ago trying to toast that cheese under the griller, whereas most cheeses melt and bubble this just lay there, and all the oil/fat just made a pool of oil on top.So much for processed cheeses!
