On G.L.O.W.:
Let's not forget Matilda the Hun and Mount Fiji (with her sometimes partner, Little Fiji). I knew it was fake when I saw Matilda and Mount on
MAMA'S FAMILY,
playing for the same team.
Other shows:
Beverly Hills Teens (a cartoon that used to be on after school. I stopped watching it after I realised that they never changed clothes, unless they changed into bathing suits)
Happily Ever After (I believe that was the title of this sitcom that dealt with Cinderella, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty living as roomates in the present day. It only lasted a few episodes)
Square One (For those of you in middle school at the time, I'm sure you know this one)
Que Pasa, USA (I think you had to be in Miami to know this show)
Kids Incorporated (K-I-D-S!! And let's not forget that Stacey - one of the kids - who later sang for Wild Orchid, is now the female singer for "Black Eyed Peas")
You Can't Do That on Television (and I'm talking pre-Alanis Morrisette, with Christine, Lisa, Alistair, and Kevin Kubechowski)
Pinwheel (and those obnoxious puppets)
Still the Beaver (At the tender age of 11 - or was I twelve -, I had a crush on that Kip Marcus)
Out of This World (It was on after Small Wonder)
Charles in Charge (Meg Ryan plays his girlfriend)
and Charles in Charge Again (C.I.C. refurnished with new kids)
"Do you know what pledge time is, Andrew"? said the PBS Executive.
"Yes", Lloyd Webber replied. "My 50th birthday special must be one program that gets done a lot."
"No", mused the man from PBS heedlessy. "Not so much. Our Stephen Sondheim Carnegie Hall concert. That's a big one."
Spoons, forks and knives seemed suddenly to suspend their motion in horror, all around the table.
