I had a Vosges sea salt chocolate bar once. There must have been like a tablespoon of sea salt sprinkled on top, it was weird but it totally hit the spot.

Bacon wrapped cream cheese stuffed prunes... My stomach is churning just thinking about it. You know what would make it even more awesome? Shoving that whole thing into a Twinkie. Yeah.

I know what I'll be having for dinner tomorrow night.

Prunes and Bacon, probably good. I like Dates and prosciuotto myself.

How on earth do they keep the bacon at all fresh. If it's hot then the chocolate will melt. If it's cold...yuck, cold bacon fat. If it's at room temperature call the health department.

I was watching Sara Molton on the Food Network years ago, and she made avocado on a stick wrapped in cotton candy. How does someone come up with something like that?

You know what would *then* make it even MORE awesome? Dip that Twinkie combo in buttermilk, roll it in bread crumbs, and deep fry it. Yeah (the Sequel).

I'd be a vegetarian if it weren't for bacon. Could give up all the rest. But a BLT, or pasta all'amatriciana, or bacon crumbled on salad -- who can give the stuff up?

I'm thinking the salty/sweet/crunchy combo of chocolate bacon is a winner. I love my BLT with peanut butter on the bread.
